Tell us what you need — the budget, the brief, the non-negotiables. We search dealer networks, auctions and private sellers on your behalf, then bring you a shortlist worth your time and negotiate the price down.
You give the brief. We do the legwork — the searching, the vetting, the haggling — and check in only when it matters.
Leave your details through our quick enquiry form, then we follow up with a call or short questionnaire to nail down the exact brief.
We search dealer stock, auction listings and private sales — casting a wider net than you'd manage alone.
You receive 3–5 vetted options, each with full history and an honest condition report. Rare or classic cars can take longer to source — timescales are agreed with you upfront.
We handle the back-and-forth on price and terms, using trade knowledge sellers don't expect.
All checks done. Payment for the car goes straight to the seller — you just collect the keys, or delivery can be arranged at an agreed cost to the customer.
We act purely as your agent. You pay the seller directly for the car — the dealer, auction house, or private seller — and we never hold or receive that money. Our only charge is a fixed sourcing fee for finding, vetting, and negotiating on your behalf, invoiced separately and agreed before we start.
Dealers and trade buyers see the market every day. Having someone search on your behalf puts that same vantage point on your side of the table.
We're paid by you, not by a forecourt — so there's no reason to steer you toward a particular car.
We cover dealer sites, auction listings and private sales in parallel, so nothing worth seeing gets missed.
We know fair trade value, so the asking price is a starting point, not the number you pay.
A single, transparent sourcing fee — agreed before we start, and never taken from the seller.
| Example vehicle | Calculation | Sourcing fee |
|---|---|---|
| Used hatchback — advertised at £9,000 | 1.5%, below minimum | £400 |
| Family SUV — advertised at £30,000 | 1.5% of £30,000 | £450 |
| Performance car — advertised at £55,000 | 1.5% of £55,000 | £825 |
| Rare or classic — advertised at £180,000+ | 1.5%, above cap | £2,500 |
Hi, I'm Lee.
I'm based in Greater Manchester. What I bring isn't insider dealer connections — it's knowing where to look: which auctions, listings, and channels actually surface the right cars, and how to tell a genuine deal from a dressed-up one.
Cars have always been more than transport to me. I've spent more weekends than I'd like to admit reading car brochures, spec sheets, comparing trims, and looking at the option lists available.
Over the last 20 years, that's turned into something practical: friends and family asking me to find their next car rather than face a dealership alone, and me saying yes more times than I can count.
What I noticed, again and again, was how much that knowledge changes the outcome. Most people buy a car maybe three or four times in their life. Dealers do it daily. That gap is where people overpay, get talked into the wrong spec, or walk away from something that was never right for them in the first place.
This business exists to close that gap. No dealership ties, no commission from sellers — just someone who genuinely enjoys the process, doing it on your behalf.
You pay the seller directly for the car — the dealer, auction house, or private seller. We never hold or receive that money. Our only charge is a separate sourcing fee, agreed with you in writing before we start.
No. We don't accept commission, referral fees, or any payment from sellers. Your sourcing fee is our only income, which is what keeps our advice unbiased.
It depends on the brief. Common, popular models are often quicker; rare or classic cars can take longer to source properly. We'll agree a realistic timescale with you upfront once we understand what you're after.
We'll be upfront with you if a brief is proving difficult to fulfil, and talk through next steps together — whether that's adjusting the brief or pausing the search. Nothing further is charged without your agreement.
The £400 minimum fee is payable once we deliver your shortlist, since that reflects the work already done in searching and vetting on your behalf — this applies whether or not you go on to buy through us. If you do buy one of our shortlisted vehicles, that £400 counts towards your full sourcing fee rather than being charged twice.
Either works. You're welcome to collect once everything's checked and ready, or we can arrange delivery to you at an agreed additional cost.
Because you buy directly from the seller, your consumer rights sit with them, not us — this varies depending on whether the source is a dealer, auction, or private sale, and we'll explain that clearly for each car before you commit. Our terms of business set out exactly where our responsibility as your agent begins and ends.
